Ginisang Upo at Touge

A Quick & Easy Recipe to make yet very tasty and filling.

Ingredients:3 lbs upo, peeled and slice bite size
1 lb beansprout
1/2 lb pork butt, sliced into bite size
1/4 lb shrimp
1 small onion, sliced thin
1 piece tomato, diced
4 cloves garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon canola oil
Cooking Direction:Saute garlic, onion and tomato in medium low heat. Add sliced pork and saute until golden brown. Add a cup of water and simmer till pork is fully cooked and soft to bite. Add shrimp and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for few minutes and season with salt and pepper. Add upo and continue to simmer to 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat. Now add the beansprout and stir.
